On a day when we expected to participate in a great day of football, disaster struck not long into the first game. Industrious midfielder Caroline doing her stuff in the middle of the park, challenged for a ball and in what looked like an innocuous tackle and was left grounded with what we now know not only a dislocated ankle but also a break, which requires surgery.

We wish Caz a speedy recovery and know she will tackle her rehab with the same tenaciousness as she has shown on the pitch.
